Welcome to In The Shed Woodcraft — a small, passionate woodworking business based in the National Forest area of North West Leicestershire.

Wherever possible, every piece I make starts life as a tree from this landscape. I fell and mill timber myself from woodland management operations in the National Forest, source from other woodland operations in the local area, and where a project calls for a specific species or dimension, use reputable local timber merchants. That timber is chainsaw milled, air-dried, and then hand-worked in my shed into something lasting: chopping boards, decorative pieces, personalised gifts, and bespoke furniture.

Nothing is mass-produced. Every item carries the grain, character, and story of the tree it came from — and the woodland it helped to manage.
